Chef Tal Ronnen is the most celebrated vegan chef working today. In the spring of 2008, he became known nationwide as the chef who prepared vegan meals for Oprah Winfrey's 21-day vegan cleanse. He has recently released his first cookbook, The Conscious Cook.
To accompany the launch of Tal's new book, and website, we created a series of four short, web appropriate cooking shows that featured recipes from his new cookbook. The videos live on Tal's site and since his appearance on her show, you can also watch them on Oprah's website here.
